Marc launched his YouTube channel on November 21, 2011, and is currently residing in the United States. His content focuses on reviews, music, and livestreams on occasion. His review series is called "The Review Show ".
On October 11, 2019, Marc uploaded a video discussing his desire to produce a modern Super Mario television series, providing ideas for episode plotlines and the cast. He references The Super Mario Brothers Super Show and its fellow animated adaptations produced by DiC in the '80's and '90's, talking about how the Mario universe has more material to pull from that could better reflect the series.
On January 19, 2019, Marc uploaded the pilot animatic for his own original animated series Anytown, focusing on a man named Tyler who moves to a town where fantastical and supernatural things happen. Brainstormed in 2016, the pilot was worked on from October of 2017 to June of 2018, with a multitude of online voice actors.
On March 13, 2024, the channel was then taken over by MicroStrategy.
The Controversy
Someone on Tiktok recently came out and said not to support the Eddsworld Fan Movie. Reason being, an ex-director and storyboard artist, Marc Lovallo sent explicit messages consisting of roleplay and photos. OP (who is now 18) states in the video (more proof here and with this) that they were a minor (15 until 17) and Marc specifically knew about it but, it did not stop him from creepily roleplaying his foot / tickle fetish. OP has provided screenshots and also says Marc asked for feet pics on multiple occasions.
Marc Lovallo stepped down from the Eddsworld Fan Movie around Summer 2018 for reasons unknown. The fan movie has been cancelled a day ago, not because of Marc’s Incident, because of the copyright issues revolving around Eddsworld (The Brand) itself (and it coming back).
Marc doesn’t have clean hands though, he was noted for avoiding members and not communicating. Showing favoritism among members. trying to make profits off the project itself (it was supposed to be NON-PROFIT) and pocketing money, sharing storyboards without the consent of others (privacy issues) and going against Matt’s word and connecting the fan movie to the canon universe (minisodes: Best of Both Worlds, etc.)
This guy completely slipped my mind lol. I remember back in 2017 i was so fucking hyped for the fan movie, only to be devastated that it was canceled.
DeleteI only heard of the "Best of both worlds" fan episode where Edd fucks his gender bent counterpart, that's all i can remember from it, oh and Matt has a tickle fetish. What makes it worse is that the director of this shit has a tickle fetish.
